Kleos
Terms of Use
Kleos is currently operated by an individual, Efecan Yıldırım, not a registered company - these terms are written plainly rather than as dense legal boilerplate, and will be updated if that changes.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Kleos. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for your account, including keeping your password secure and for everything posted from it. The information you give us (email, profile details) should be accurate and kept up to date.
Acceptable use
Kleos is for sharing real achievements you've actually completed, and for genuine interaction with other users - liking, commenting, following. Use the app the way it's designed to be used, and follow our Community Guidelines.
Authentic achievement submissions
Every completion photo you submit should genuinely be your own proof of doing the thing. Faking a completion photo, submitting someone else's photo as your own, or claiming an achievement you didn't actually complete undermines the badge system for everyone and is a violation of these terms.
Ownership of your content
You own the photos, captions, and comments you post. By posting, you grant Kleos a license to store, display, and distribute that content within the app so its core features (feed, profiles, badges) work as intended. We don't sell your content or use it for anything beyond running the app.
Prohibited behavior
Don't use Kleos to harass others, post illegal or sexually explicit content, spam, impersonate someone else, fake an achievement, or attempt to access another user's account or our systems without permission. See our Community Guidelines for the full list.
Moderation
Users can report posts, comments, and other users, and can block anyone they don't want to interact with. We may review reported content and take action, including removing content or suspending accounts, at our discretion.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, with notice where reasonably possible. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings - see our Account Deletion page.
Intellectual property
The Kleos name, logo, and app design are the property of its operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
Limitation of liability
Kleos is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. To the extent allowed by law, Kleos isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to the service
Kleos is under active development. Features may change, and these terms may be updated as the app develops. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
